Word for Today – Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Enjoy the Holidays

Thanks for visiting. I’ve been so busy with family, the Holidays, and, yes, the new dog, that I’ve not had much time to keep up with my blog.

My family and I had (and are having) a nice time together and enjoying each others company. I must say that Kramer, our new dog of three weeks, gave me a wonderful Christmas present…he has calmed down a little. Believe it or not, his first “not-SO-crazy” day was Christmas, and it carried over to today. I’m hoping it’s the gift that will keep on giving and giving and giving ALL through the year.

Not much else to report, but I hope to get back on schedule after the New Year. Until then, here are a few photos of our furry babies in their gay apparel.

This is Cooper and Kramer. Getting three dogs to pose in their festive collars that look like chew toys is not easy. We didn’t snap this shot before Newman had bounded out of the photos.

Newman decided to rejoin his brothers. So, in order it’s: Kramer, Cooper, and Newman. (The treats helped keep them sitting somewhat.)

This is, perhaps, the babies favorite breakfast . . . Puppy Pancakes. Actually, this was Kramer’s first experience with Puppy Pancakes, but it didn’t take him long to figure out something was up when Cooper and Newman started lurking around the stove acting like they had ants in their pants. I don’t know how they know, but even before we announce the menu, those two Welshes with keen noses (or something) know that pancakes are a-cookin’. I think Kramer is on to the special breakfast too and will have ants in his pants next time.

Word for Today: Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Enjoy the Holidays with family and friends (and knowing that it all came about because the Savior who loves us so much was born to save the world.)
